Pedestrian Critically Injured in Milwaukie Crash

Tuesday morning a pedestrian was hit by a delivery truck in Milwaukie, causing critical injuries.
Albert Duane Daney, 68, was walking in the 5000 block of Johnson Creek Boulevard when he was hit by a delivery truck, heading westbound on the road.
Daney was taken to OHSU with life-threatening injuries.
The truck driver, Hilario Yanez-Mondragon, 59, was uninjured and is cooperating with the investigation.
