Two Dead After Farm Truck Crash Near Vale, Oregon

Location: Highway 20, east of Vale
Names: John Hendricks, Angela Hendricks, Jianni Hendricks, Aquilino Castilleja Martinez
The accident occurred when a 1999 Dodge Intrepid driven by John Hendricks, 56, hit a 1973 Ford F600 farm truck driven by Aquilino Castilleja Martinez, 72, in the rear. Both vehicles were on Highway 20 near Vale at the time of the crash. The impact killed both Hendricks and his wife, Angela Hendricks, 52. Police continue to investigate the accident and say there is no sign that Hendricks applied the brakes before the crash.
