One Dead, Two Injured When Log Truck Rolled on Hwy 204

The accident occurred when Chance E. Doubravsky, 33, was driving a loaded log truck on Highway 204, west of Tollgate, Oregon. The truck was negotiating a curve when it (and the trailer) began to roll and the logs rolled onto the highway and hit two vehicles.
This collision killed Luby Carol Teem, 69, and injured Jan M. Patton, 56. Patton was treated for minor injuries. Doubravsky also sustained minor injuries but declined treatment and stayed to cooperate with the police.
