One Dead, Three Injured in SUV, Ambulance Crash near Eugene

Names: Patricia L. Morgan, Jason Lockett, Mark Underhill, Robert C. Cramblit
Police are continuing to investigate the crash that lead to the death of Patricia L. Morgan, 57, the driver of the SUV.
At the time of the accident, the ambulance carried medics Jason Lockett, 26, and Mark Underhill, 31, as well as their patient, Robert C. Cramblit, 61. The ambulance was travelling on Clear Lake Road without the siren or light as it was not an emergency. The SUV crossed the center line and crashed into the ambulance, according to the police.
All three of the ambulance passengers were treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
